Appointment Changes & Cancellations PolicyÂ

We understand plans change and cars can be delayed. We request a minimum of 72 hours notice if you need to make changes to your scheduled appointment.
We work very hard to ensure that our customers receive prompt service, and our appointment times are met by our technicians. Last-minute cancellations can throw off several weeks’ worth of precise planning with our installers and customers.
Scheduling change requests made too close to your appointment may be subject to a $150 late changes fee. In all cases, we will make every effort to work with you and avoid needing to charge a late change penalty. However, if less than 72 hours notice are given it may not be possible to offer your scheduled time to another customer due to insufficient time for us to do so.
